About the product
Each capsule contains: Vitamin C (500 mg), Vitamin D3 (15 µg), Vitamin B12 (500 µg), Vitamin B6 (5 mg), Magnesium (150 mg), Zinc (10 mg) and Selenium (55 µg). See the full Composition page for complete details including other ingredients.
Take one capsule per day with a meal and a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one capsule. If you miss a day, continue the next day - do not double up.
Each jar contains 90 capsules. At one capsule per day, that is a 90-day supply - approximately three months.
The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), which is suitable for vegetarians. The product does not contain any meat or fish-derived ingredients. If you have specific dietary requirements, please check the full ingredient list on the Composition page.

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return the product in its original, sealed condition for a full refund. Once opened, food supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our Return Policy for full details.
Simply decline the parcel. The courier will return it to us and your order will be cancelled automatically. You will not be charged anything.
